Florida Statute §501.0117 expressly allows discounts for paying with cash, check or other non-card methods when the discount is offered to all customers. The same statute's ban on credit card surcharges was held unconstitutional by the Eleventh Circuit in 2015 (Dana's Railroad Supply v. Attorney General).
