• Phone and text communications: If you call or text us at 786-383-1656, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation or messages.
• Information collected automatically: Like most websites, our site and hosting providers collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages and approximate location. This is collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Payment card data

Our website does not collect or store payment card numbers. Card transactions you process as a merchant are handled by our processing partners under their own security standards (including PCI DSS) and privacy policies. Please don't send full card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers through our contact forms or by text.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing sales@pinepymt.com or calling 786-383-1656. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. Some information may need to be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
